A classmate in my MKT 351 Class Said Something Very Entertaining this Week
A classmate of mine in my MKT 351 class said something very entertaining this week. First of all, he works in a sneaker store. It was funny to hear him mention that he hates it when customers ask him stupid questions. He claims that most of the questions that they ask the answers are right in front of them if only they can read. Also, he said that they constantly ask him the same questions all the time. One of the crazy moments of his job is when he deals with a customer and he measures his foot it is a size 8 1/2. Yet, he insists on getting a size 13 sneaker.

Thats how it is with customer service, you have to deal with stupid people and their annoying questions. There is always a customer thats big but wants to get a size small or a customer that doesn't know what they want.
Hmmm....do people actually realize that shoes have to fit right? That's funny, though.
