My Thoughts Regarding The Second Exam in MKT 351

There was a lot of studying I had to do to get ready for this exam. The exam was going to be based on chapters 6,7, and 8. I read every chapter four times each. I am the type of student that would rarely get anything if I would just read the chapter once and that's it. I am so envious of people that could do that. It seemed that my hard work paid off. I was able to answer most of the questions. However, in the extra credit, I had some trouble with. It was amazing that one lady in the class finished the exam in 20 minutes. Either she is very gifted and fast or she didn't know anything in the exam and just wanted to hand it in to get out of there. I wanted to give Prof. Cripps a big thanks for not giving us any exams. It helps to take the stress out of a class.

I Completed a Report that was Virtually Impossible

I am very pleased with myself that I finally completed my report for my MKT 351 class. When I first aware about the report at the beginning of this semester, I thought it was virtually impossible to do. To say the least, it was quite a challenging assignment. By the end of writing this report, I wrote 15 typed written pages. This was the most I have ever written before.

A classmate in my MKT 351 Class Said Something Very Entertaining this Week

A classmate of mine in my MKT 351 class said something very entertaining this week. First of all, he works in a sneaker store. It was funny to hear him mention that he hates it when customers ask him stupid questions. He claims that most of the questions that they ask the answers are right in front of them if only they can read. Also, he said that they constantly ask him the same questions all the time. One of the crazy moments of his job is when he deals with a customer and he measures his foot it is a size 8 1/2. Yet, he insists on getting a size 13 sneaker.

My Professor mentioned something very interesting in my MKT class this week

My professor talked about something very interesting in class this week in my marketing class. He was talking about sexual harassment. He started it off by when he first became VP of a particular airline, this woman was at a company party, and she was grinding up to just about every guy at the party. Later, he heard that this lady and a man had sex in a private room within the office. Afterwards, she claimed that she was raped. My professor thought it was hard to believe because why wouldn’t she report it to the police first. However, he had to handle it. So, he asked the guy what happened, and he admitted that he had sex with her. So, he fired him because it was against company policy to have sex in the office premises.

My Test Results from my First Exam

On Wednesday April 2, I had my MKT 351 class. We had a speaker come in who works in the provost office. He wanted to find out what we thought was wrong with York College. The main issue that some of my classmates complained about was some inefficient workers in the registrars office. Also, we got our tests back that day. I thought maybe I got somewhere in the 70's. When I got my test back, I was surprised that I got a 94.

A Reflection of my MKT 351 Class

I am going to mention something a little different this week because I did not have my MKT 351 class since a Mondays schedule replaced Wednesday classes. At first, I thought the assignments that our professor gave us to do would have been almost impossible. However, as I started to understand more of the assignment, I realized that it wasn't as difficult as I had thought. I have found the professor's lectures in that class were very interesting.
